Ultimate 90mins Massage Experience
My Intuitive and healing Aromatherapy massage on a luxury table with heated underblanket (an over-blanket too in the Winter). All in the comfort of your own home. An hour is never enough.
Choose 90 mins of a combination of treatments – this is enough time for a remedial massage on your back/neck and shoulders (or other problem area), sort out any pain/mobilisation issues and then complete a relaxing full massage body treatment including Reflexology, Indian Head and Reiki Massage with a bespoke Aromatherapy Oil Blend. Or just 90 mins of relaxing Heaven as I ease the tension from your body.

Pregnancy Massage (from 3rd Trimester)

A delightfully relaxing and loosening massage for 5 months+
Gentle stretches with nurturing flowing movements, Reiki and Reflexology points to relax mum-to-be; Lie on a soft giant curved pillow that envelopes you like a cosy cloud. Underneath is a heated underblanket. Using organic coconut oil or a Geranium blend (fabulous female hormone balancer). Also somatic release and gentle mobilising massage movements to aid post-partum pain and joint problems if necessary.

Precision Reflexology with Reiki

Advanced Precision Reflexology (plus energy work). My own technique honed over 15+ years practice. We work together to heal body and mind. Structural /postural relief/realignment and emotional release. All on a luxury Lafumo reclining chair or massage table and essential oil and coconut blend bespoke massage oil.
Precision Reflexology is Advanced Reflexology – connecting with the client on an energetic level, linking the body systems and energy meridians to work more precisely on individual clients – a form of energy healing, working together using your body’s innate healing ability.

Post-Partum Reflexology

For new Mums that experienced a particularly traumatic birth. I hold you in a nurturing loving space. I use precision reflexology, gentle mobilising massage techniques and Reiki to aid pelvic release, to loosen and let go of those areas still holding emotional trauma.
Release and Relief, Love. Forgiveness and Gratitude; giving back to your body after all its hard work.
Also suitable for hip injury and sacral stiffness. Sessions are roughly about 75 mins +

1 Hour Intuitive Full-body Massage with Reiki

An Aromatherapy full-body massage on luxury table; pressure to your preference, using different techniques depending on needs of your body.  An intuitive healing massage with Reiki energy work. Deep/relaxing, and therapeutic – your body will tell me what you need; finishing with a head and face massage using Acupressure points. A whole body healing treatment. Heated blanket used in Winter months.

Reiki Energy-Work Treatment
A relaxing healing energy treatment. Trained & Certified Reiki Master Practitioner L3 (1 year). Level I/II with Learn Reiki-Bristol (24wks each level) https://learnreiki-bristol.co.uk/ Since 2008.

Emotion and pain release and relaxation. You lie on a comfortable couch, fully clothed and just receive. I can use crystals if the client resonates with them.
Distance Reiki also available – a remote treatment, sent energetically. I prefer to do it live, so we arrange a time when you lie down and relax and receive the Reiki.

Indian Head Massage

Concentrating on the Head, neck and shoulders, including mini facial massage using my own Aromatherapy facial blends. Using massage, acupressure points, cranial sacral techniques and Reiki to de-stress, de-tension and relax your mind and muscles.

Workplace Massage Well-Being Sessions

Workplace Well-Being Day Sessions; back, head and neck massage, reflexology, or Indian Head massage to release tension and aid relaxation. I arrive with a seated massage chair and set up in suitable empty room; a list will be set up prior to arrival for staff to book slots, scheduled for 15-20 mins depending on numbers of staff. Excellent for morale, boosts productivity and is especially beneficial for staff that are sitting all day at a desk/computer. £50/hour.

Custom Aromatherapy Oil Blends

I am a qualified Aromatherapist (2-yr diploma City & Guilds) and love making bespoke personalised blends. Message me your request. We will do a brief consultation to enable me to create the correct blend for you. Base oil depends on blend. Usually I use organic coconut, mustard-seed and avocado oils.

House Cleansing – Energetic Detox

Good for moving into a new house or feeling your house needs an energetic detox.
I burn Palo Santo wood around your home to cleanse any negative energies (I prefer this to sage).
I evoke the Reiki symbols (Usui and Karuna) and place them in every corner in your house, protecting each room with loving intention.
I bring tiny envelopes with the Reiki protection symbols written in Calligraphy. These are distributed around the house (behind picture frames and under sofas etc) to continue protecting your home.
I also offer tiny talisman protection pouches to keep on yourself or in a hidden place in your home.
